The name "MS GAZELLE" is what I'd like to be called when the Rochester, NY Community learns about my FREE exercise program. You will be shown a DVD of Tony Little from the Home Shopping Network where I purchased my Gazelle. I had a personal need to maintain my strength after 35 years of multiple sclerosis (M.S.) and at age 57 I was slowing down and started to become worried.

In the fall of 2008, I attended a conference for people with M.S. where the neurologist said that if you don't want to climb stairs now, in five years you may not be able to. Those words along with "if you don't use it - you'll lose it" compelled me to share my Gazelle with anyone that needs motivation to exercise.

This trailer has been sitting in my yard for ten years and I converted this eye sore into a "Gazelle Jungle" for your exercising pleasurable workout in your driveway. I have also installed a PVC structure with a jungle animal print screen for your privacy.

You will be able to see and smell lavender where six plants grow in two flower boxes on the trailer with the Gazelle. They will be planted on Mother's Day and won't be harvested until next year after a years' growth. I have also installed a pvc structure with a jungle animal print screen for your privacy. (See below.) However, I needed to replace my vehicle that pulls the trailer and the Gazelle will be available as soon as a hitch is installed on my used (not new) mini-van.

(This is NOT a business, but donations for gas are appreciated.)

"The Bag Lady" is how I now laughingly refer to myself after I designed microwaveable rice bags to be used to loosen muscles before stretching and exercising. A portion of the sales will be donated to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.*

AROMATHERAPY - I mix 100% organic lavender and rice in tube-like sewed sections in the bags with an extra bag-like cover (not for the monkey bag which is usually put in the freezer) because the heat allows the aroma to be appreciated more intensely.

Making the bags is therapeutically and motivationally beneficial for me, so I am making a free (large only) jungle print flannel case (cover) for my first visit to your home with my Gazelle. Keep the case for the next visit - or you may receive both large bags (flannel and cotton) for a suggested minimum $20 (or $15*) donation. The smaller (cotton) monkey print bag (also with organic lavender) for a suggested minimum $5 (or $1 as a lavender sachet*) donation. *See monkey sacks below also.

If you have a sewing machine, I will send a large bag with lavender buds inside ($15) and you can add the rice before sewing closed to save on postage.

Shown above is the large (8"x12") flannel heat bag (green/brown flannel) which contains rice and organic lavender with an additional jungle print case. To receive moist steaming penetrating heat, remove the flannel "jungle print" cover and place the green/brown bag in the microwave for a total of THREE (3) minutes with a small bowl of water. Shake the bag to distribute the heat and use the flannel case (shown in the above picture) to keep it clean and to protect against skin burns.

The large jungle print cotton bag (pictured above in all cotton) may be put into the freezer in a plastic bag for several hours and then use it to cool down at any time or help reduce inflammation. Use the cotton cover to keep the cotton bag clean and maintain the cool temperature longer than using the flannel cover. You may find that microwaving this cotton bag with a bowl of water rather than the green/brown flannel bag gives you more intense heat. Be sure to use the flannel cover with either the cotton or flannel bag after microwaving to protect against skin burns.

Put the smaller size (5"x9") "monkey" sack (MS) (pictured below) into a plastic bag then into the FREEZER for a few hours. Lay a paper towel on the forehead (to keep clean) and put the cold bag over your eyes or forehead and twist the monkey TAILS (pipe cleaners) together behind your head to hold it on while you take a nap!

Be sure you remove the "TAILS" by twisting them off the plastic beads before microwaving because pipe cleaners contain metal. You only need to microwave the "smaller" cotton bag for a total of two (2) minutes with a bowl of water. Then use the flannel cover (case) after microwaving for your protection against skin burns on sore muscles.

A large rice bag will be sent to you or a gift recipient with +$5 Priority Mail.

*NO RICE... If you have a sewing machine, I will add the lavender buds and you can add the rice for $15 plus 1st Class postage.

*Or
perhaps a monkey "sachet" (sewed up) like a little pillow with cotton batting and lavender buds for $1 plus 1st Class postage!

Net proceeds (about 20%) will be forwarded to the following address or you may wish to send your donations only (with no rice bag purchase) directly to:
